It's that time of year again and we are all getting ready for a trip to MIPIM. Two of our Directors will be in Cannes and would be delighted to meet up with you to talk about how we have all fared since the last time we met and how 2010 is looking for the commercial property industry.

Stride Treglown has secured planning permission for new £45m halls of residence for the University of Liverpool.  The 710 study bedroom scheme, including 250-seat refectory, café-bar, retail and office space, is split over two blocks, rising in height to nine storeys, on a brownfield city centre site at the southern end of the campus.
