Welsh Assembly Government Minister for Environment, Sustainability and Housing Jane Davidson put her green-fingers to good use last night by opening Stride Treglown's brand new Cardiff premises, Treglown Court.

The office, designed by Stride Treglown for their own use, is the first building to achieve a prestigious BREEAM Outstanding rating from the BRE and has already won numerous awards for its eco-friendly design.
The Stride Treglown team celebrated in style at the official opening, which was followed by a tour for guests to discover more about its design and construction.
Director Gareth Davies said; "Treglown Court has been awarded the special recognition award from the Building Research Establishment for being the highest-scoring BREEAM rated office at design stage, and the first in the UK to be given the ‘outstanding’ rating. We are delighted with the building we now have, and we hope it serves as an example to both our clients and our fellow architects of how to produce a building fit for our planet’s future and with a realistic price tag.”
