MIPIM 2011 Review
Last week, Gordon Tero and I visited MIPIM, in Cannes again. Gordon spent all this time 'mixing it' with the Manchester continent to good effect. I spent my time seeing PM's, contractors and clients.
The mood of the event is heavily influenced by London and as such, the feeling is that we have reached the bottom and the only way is up with London leading the way quite quickly. The only question being how quickly will the rest of the country follow? 2011 will prove to be an interesting year as will MIPIM 2012, when we can hopefully reflect on how far we have come.
