David Bayliss, Senior Associate Project Manager in our Plymouth office, has been confirmed as the new Vice Chair of Forum for the Built Environment for the Devon & Cornwall branch.
He joined Stride Treglown in 1988, initially working as a Technician and progressing through the ranks to be a Senior Associate. He has been a Design Team Leader and more recently a Project Manager , involved in projects across various sectors, throughout the South West including; the refurbishment of Crownhill Police Station, schemes for DML and the MOD, Plymouth City Council at Devonport High School for Girls, Jobcentreplus fit out, The Unite Building on Coburg Street, The Area Sorting Office for Royal Mail at Plymstock and Cumberland House at Devonport for the NHS.
His objectives over the next two years as Vice Chair will be to increase FBE membership, ensuring the organisation delivers first class Networking events for the local Construction Industry. After his period as Vice Chair, David will become Chairman of the Devon & Cornwall branch.
