Stride Treglown Appointed On New Baltic Wharf, Totnes
Baltic Wharf site owners, the TQ9 Partnership, has appointed Stride Treglown, to design this scheme which has outline planning permission for up to 190 homes, a modernised boatyard, retirement village, riverside plaza and around 12 acres of public open space.
We are due to undertake community consultations before starting work on a detailed planning application.
