Architectural practice, Stride Treglown has retained its position of largest practice in the South West. Stride Treglown was named as 26 in the national league table produced annually by the magazine The Architect's Journal.
The‚ £11 million turnover practice has had a successful year of expansion and winning industry awards. Awards include the best sustainable development by The Daily Telegraph's What House Awards 2006, the Welsh Housing Award for 2006 and The South West Architectural Practice of the Year Award. In addition, Stride Treglown has been awarded a commendation for Harvey's Foundry, Hayle in Cornwall. The award, by the Civic Trust, was given for Phase 2 of a major regeneration project that has seen the creation of quality affordable workshops and studios for the craft and specialised business industry.
