Stride Treglown's Future Planning

Clifton practice, Stride Treglown has announced that it has expanded its planning team. The three new team members are: Stuart Foley, senior masterplanner/urban designer; Pauline Tillett, senior planner and Ben Thomas, assistant planner.

Stuart Foley has over 19 years experience in a range of masterplanning, urban design and landscape projects. In his work on mixed-use and residential masterplans for Stride Treglown, Stuart is combining his academic interest in environmentally sustainable systems and strategies with the delivery of strategic master planning and urban design projects. Stuart also tutors in landscape architecture and infrastructure at the University of Cambridge. After qualifying as a landscape architect in 1987, he worked preparing and presenting project concepts for various sized initiatives, including public parks, shopping centres, housing developments, public realm projects and public enquiry material establishing expertise in visual appraisal. Stuart has experience of working on projects in the United Kingdom, USA and South America.

Pauline Tillett has over fifteen years experience of planning. She has a BA in Social Sciences, a Diploma in Town Planning and is also a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. As a senior planner at Stride Treglown, Pauline will be bringing her experience to bear on the projects she manages, particularly those requiring close liaison with local planning authorities. Pauline started her career at the London Borough of Havering as a planning officer in development control. She then joined South Somerset District Council as a principal planner/team leader before working with Bellway Homes as a planning manager.

Ben Thomas graduated from Cardiff University with an MSc in Planning last September. He has joined the planning team as an assistant planner to support the team. Ben also brings planning experience from his work with Torfaen Borough Council.

I'm pleased to announce the expansion of our planning team. The new members bring with them a wealth of experience and enthusiasm.
