Clifton based architectural practice, Stride Treglown has been voted into the top 50 Employers Guide in an independent survey compiled by Building Magazine. Of 400 entrants the top 50 were selected following confidential staff surveys across the industry. The aim of the guide is to act as a showcase for the very best firms in the construction survey.
Stride Treglown, who employs over 270 staff, rated highly in five categories when compared with industry peers. The categories used to assess employers were; social responsibility, smarter working, feel good factor, leadership, inspiration, and ability to contribute.
Last week the practice announced that it had retained its position in the top 20 in the national architects league table produced annually by Building magazine. In addition, it has also climbed 4 places in the top consultants league table which ranks all companies in the construction consultancy sector.
Chairman Kevin Steer commented "We welcome industry standards such as this, as they give us the chance to demonstrate that we are passionate about putting our people first and looking after our team as individuals. We work hard at creating the right environment for our staff which in turn generates loyalty. We're grateful for this accolade and hope it helps us in encouraging the next chapter of talented staff to join us".
Stride Treglown offers staff an incredible range of benefits including competitive salaries, pension scheme, profit share scheme, paid professional subscriptions, flexible working hours, CPD programmes and childcare vouchers. The guide will be distributed to all universities and sent directly to final year students.
