Stride Treglown has gained planning permission for the redevelopment of Jack's Pill, a brownfield site along the River Usk in Newport, Wales.
The mixed use scheme, for Edward Ware Homes, comprises a mixture of 228 one, two and penthouse residential units, with a number of commercial units at ground level. The‚ £21m development is due to start on site in the New Year.
Dominic Eaton, Design Director at Stride Treglown says "The 16 storey residential tower within the Jack's Pill development will have amazing views and will be a focal point along the River Usk. It is exciting to be working on a scheme that will be part of the regeneration for the east side of the river."
