Million Square Feet of Offices on site

Stride Treglown's commercial architecture team is on target to deliver over 3/4 million square feet of office space currently on site in the Bristol area.

This busy period is the culmination of successful relationships with a number of leading developers active within the region, including Citygrove, Cubex Land, Castlemore Securities and Crest Nicholson with major projects at Temple Quay 2, Harbourside and Redcliff, as well as a recently completed new headquarters building in Cirencester.

Activity levels are set to continue with further projects due on site in the next few months including a new sustainable office building for South Gloucestershire Council in Yate and a new Innovation Centre in Yeovil for the South West RDA and South Somerset District Council.

John Wright, divisional director for Stride Treglown, commented "It's a great sign for Bristol that we are set to deliver such a large amount of office space over the next twelve months. Our relationships with regional developers guarantee that we are giving the area great office space which is well targeted to deliver to the needs of the market."
