Former Grenville College - Moreton Campus and Belvoir Road Exhibition

Grenville PlanOn behalf of our client, Woodard Schools, Stride Treglown will be holding a public exhibition into proposals regarding the former Grenville College campus sites at Belvoir Road and Abbotsham Road in Bideford.

This exhibition is in advance of outline planning applications for both sites. It will run from 1pm to 7pm on Friday 4th December and from 9am to 1pm on Saturday 5th December at Kipling House, Belvoir Road, Bideford.

Following the recent amalgamation of Grenville College with Edgehill College to form Kingsley School, the campuses are surplus to long term requirements. Following several years of research and background studies, Woodard Schools are looking to gain outline planning permission for residential use for both the Belvoir Road Campus and land at the Moreton Campus. The funds raised from the sales of both sites will be reinvested for educational purposes as part of the UK portfolio of Woodard Schools.


The exhibition will feature information about the schemes, an executive summary on the proposals and an opportunity to make comments on the draft proposals. These comments will help inform the final layouts. The exhibition materials can also be accessed via the link below.
