Interior Design An Important Part Of What We Offer Our Clients

Interior Design continues to be an important part of what we offer our clients and it's great to report that the team has been extremely busy over the past year with lots of projects on the horizon. I suppose our work with Ernst & Young as been a highlight.

From a re-fit of their office in The Paragon, Bristol we are now working on a number of E&Y sites throughout the UK and Ireland, using contemporary interior design to help support an established brand, setting a precedent for future office refurbishment.

This work ties in with a trend that is emerging ever stronger. Large firms, such as Ernst & Young are beginning to use interior design to demonstrate their global presence but with a local twist - using things like local photography and quotes from local famous people as a creative way of bringing a global brand into the regional context.

Clients are being slightly cautious about spending lots of money on interiors however, organisations are looking to gain efficiencies and this can be achieved by having flexible, refurbished space that meet current and future business need. Enlightened clients are also involving their staff in refurbishment projects and appreciate the need to provide something different - social and informal working space as well as cafes and other facilities. Sustainability continues to be a important as long as it can be delivered cost effectively.

So as the market has changed, so has the role of interior design and we are looking forward to the next year when we can continue to deliver design across quite a few sectors, using creative ideas and sustainable materials to create flexible, innovative and impressive interior design.
