He has over 16 years experience has been responsible for delivering and managing a range of high profile development commissions.  He has performed the role of Project Co-ordinator and /or Strategic Planning Advisor,  and regularly leads multi-disciplinary teams on complex strategic and masterplanning commissions.

Over the past 4 years, Graham has managed a number of notable University Masterplan commissions, with a combined capital expenditure programme approaching £1bn.  As Project Director, Graham led a team of consultants to prepare the New Campus Masterplan for the University of the West of England (UWE) in 2009 following the purchase of 70 acres of adjacent land from Hewlett Packard in 2008. The Masterplan will enable UWE to consolidate activities at its core campus, create a transformed academic campus environment, strengthen the student residential offer and develop partnerships with commercial interests.

Other notable projects include the £250m University of Reading Development Plan and planning consultant to GCHQ as part of its Cheltenham PFI contract (c£350m) and the 2012 Olympic Sailing Venue at the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy.
