Kevin joined Stride Treglown in 1985 and worked on a wide range of projects varying in size and complexity with particular emphasis on Healthcare, Defence and Custodial work. Kevin is a strong advocate of collaborative working and he ensured that the schemes he worked on were successfully delivered by the project team cooperatively working together.
Following his appointment to the Board in 2000 Kevin developed the Plymouth and Truro Offices so that they became an integral part of the overall Stride Treglown Group. Under his leadership both offices delivered a diverse range of projects with local knowledge and expertise and continue to do so today. Kevin is also the Managing Director of Stride Treglown Management Ltd, taking responsibility for Project Management CDMC and BREEAM services.
As Managing Director Kevin's primary role is to strategically direct the profitable growth and operation of the company on a day to day basis. He has been responsible for implementing new systems and procedures to achieve these aims. Kevin also has responsibilities for Quality Assurance, Health and safety and employee relations.
