Richard Philipson is responsible for our Abu Dhabi office where he is tasked with establishing our practice within the UAE and the region. He takes a leading role in developing the strategic direction of the business and has a keen interest in our production and HR systems.

Richard has led project teams involved with the design and administration of fast track retail, commercial and education projects and until recently was responsible for Stride Treglown's Framework Agreement with Barclays Bank. He was responsible for delivering what was probably the fastest procured contract in the UK at the time with BT Telesales Centre and subsequently delivered a new Customer Service Centre for EWS, both located in South Yorkshire.

Richard also has extensive experience in the primary school education projects and has developed a primary school typology that has successfully delivered five new schools to extremely challenging budgets and programmes.

He has excellent team leadership and project management skills and gained an MBA from Bath University in 2005. He is currently working towards Chartered Director qualification with the Institute of Directors.
