With 20 years experience in architecture John now leads the Commercial Team at Stride Treglown - winners of two BCO awards and current South West Commercial Architects of the Year.
He has been responsible for a number of sustainable and award winning projects including a £29m BREEAM 'Excellent' office building in South Gloucestershire; contemporary offices that form a gateway into Bristol's historic Harbourside; and the refurbishment of 100,000 sq.ft of existing office space in central Bristol.
John was project leader for a three-year nationwide partnering framework with VOSA delivering buildings across the UK, for which the partnering team won the national Construction Excellence in the Built Environment 'Collaboration and Integration' award in 2008, and an office project in Bristol was British Council for Offices award winner.
John is keen to exploit the full potential of sustainability to deliver high quality buildings and environments that are cost effective and do not destroy the planet.
