Stride Treglown has designed a wide range of accommodation types at various locations for the MOD. Our innovative schemes are fully accessible and ahead of industry sustainability standards.

Single Living Accommodation:
The refurbishment of a number of 1960s accommodation blocks to accommodate SLA bedroom blocks and ancillary rooms; fully accessible bedrooms, WCs, bathrooms, showers and kitchens.
Our team also completed the refurbishment of Grade II listed buildings, providing accommodation for 36 Senior NCOs and a new Sergeants Mess. The building required 'restoration' through liaison with English Heritage; a key design driver was enhancing the character of the buildings.
Service Family Accommodation:
Stride Treglown designed ten generously proportioned semi detached four bedroom family houses with garages and large gardens. The houses are highly insulated with hybrid timber frame construction, brick and timber cladding and a concrete tile roof. The project has achieved the highly sought after Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and Secured by design accreditation.
