This four storey office building is designed to relieve the existing hospital of administrative accommodation to provide further clinical space.

The primary circulation route is along a central corridor on each level with a main stair and lift at the front end. An escape stair is provided at the opposite end of the building.

The design also incorporates the main Board and Committee Rooms for all staff at the hospital site.

This was a partnered scheme, being one of three nationwide pilot projects for the 'BE' form of collaborative contract.
