This scheme provides a new Integrated Facility for Maternity, Gynaecology and Neonatology Services, via traditional procurement with the design emphasis creating facilities that meet all clinical requirements.

It achieves critical operational relationships and will maximize on human comfort, natural ventilation and daylighting.

This was a partnered scheme, being one of three nationwide pilot projects for the 'BE' form of collaborative contract.
