To reflect the development's status, Stride Treglown maintained a high standard of building and landscape design which houses the process plant and other facilities all of which required careful integration of complex services with the building fabric.

The buildings are totally clad in aluminium; either flat panel, profiled or embossed following an in depth cost-in-use study for minimum long-term maintenance in such an aggressive environment.
