Stride Treglown provided detailed design and production information as well as interior design services (Ernst & Young offices) for this redevelopment project that provides nearly 7000sqm of office accommodation.

The six-storey building has secure basement parking, retail units at ground level and a full height atrium to provide natural daylight throughout its centre. The external terrace at penthouse level makes the most of extensive views of the city.

The contemporary double height reception features a polished concrete tile floor, polished plaster wall finishes and an architectural steel and glazed staircase. The luxury unisex toilet and shower facilities have American walnut veneer walls, porcelain stone floors and back coloured glass splashbacks. The building has been designed and specified to achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.
