Stride Treglown was commissioned to refine the approved planning drawings for this 4200 sqm office scheme and develop the scheme through to practical completion.

A high quality, restrained palette of materials has been used, including traditional ashlar limestone, selected to complement the building's historic setting, and simple honed black granite.

The internal layout and planning grid have been designed to allow maximum flexibility for the client whilst also affording the opportunity for sub-letting individual floors.

For the fit-out, a warm palette of materials was chosen to reflect those used for the exterior: stone, timber and glass with leather furniture and a real flame fireplace framed by the honed granite entrance and limestone reception feature.
