Following a competition Stride Treglown was commissioned to develop a design for a 9000 sqm office building on Plot 5 at Harbourside.

The site, adjacent to Anchor Road, presented particular design constraints and opportunities. The modern design has 18m wide floorplates wrapping around a five storey atrium which affords natural light to the interior of the building whilst providing a focal point for office life.

The predominately glazed elevation gives spectacular views over the city and Cathedral.
