The Stride Treglown Commercial team designed Linear Park, which is located in the heart of Temple Quay Central of Bristol. The development comprises a six-storey office building with an adjacent seven storey 120-bedroom hotel, around a central courtyard with a shared basement car park.

The entrance to the 5600 sqm office building is from one of the linear public spaces that radiate from the Floating Harbour, which also allows glimpses of the water. The building has been designed to allow flexible letting, with floor plates capable of being split either side of the central core.
