The £9m new build to provide office facilities and specialist laboratories for Devon & Cornwall Constabulary. The building is a prestigious regional development and a green flag-ship for the Home Office that will achieve a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good'.
The building is naturally ventilated and incorporates several green technologies that maximise the qualities of its prominent rural location. The central façade is clad in zinc and glass, has a full height atrium, and also accommodates the majority of staff facilities for the users to enjoy the spectacular Cornish landscape. The building was completed in Autumn 2009.
