Plot G

This 110-apartment scheme is to be a landmark building in terms of its location – sited prominently as the end of the public promenade at the marina entrance – and its architectural treatment.

The design responds strongly to the marina environment, particularly through the inclusion of sculptural funnel forms enclosing the balconies. Circulation cores have varying heights of four to seven storeys, creating a tapering urban wall.

Plot Q

Referencing the palette, scale and detail as neighbouring plots, Plot Q provides 94 one and two bedroom apartments.

The accommodation is massed in two separate buildings, helping to reduce the urban scale towards the east.
