This stunning dockside location is one of the few remaining riverside sites in the city centre.

A high quality, mixed use scheme is proposed for the site comprising a high density, residential development of apartments and duplexes in a slim and elegant tower. There is also a leisure club with a swimming pool, gym and ancillary facilities exclusively for the use of residents.
