This refurbishment provided a unique opportunity to transform an existing building which could no longer fulfil its function as an office.
The provision of 199 residential apartments on the upper floors and the introduction of 1500 sqm of leisure use at ground floor level has enhanced this key area of Swindon.
We lead the design team to ensure that the refurbishment, whilst being contemporary and dynamic in design, respected the history and content of the surroundings.
The ground floor frontage on to Princes Street is enlivened by the inclusion of a leisure suite
