Accommodating 70 apartments and two retail units, this development sits on a prominent corner site in the heart of Clifton's conservation area. The design mixes traditional materials of stone, brick, copper and render with large areas of glazing in a contemporary manner.

The site corner is punctuated with a bath stone drum within which has simple curved balconies are capped by an elegant copper canopy.

Responding to the context and scale of its surroundings, the mass of the building is set back at upper levels to expose apartment balconies and terraces.

Accommodation ranges from one bedroom apartments to three bedroom duplexes.
