This new store fronts on to the Gloucester and Sharpness canal as part of the overall Gloucester Quays redevelopment and provides 4360 sqm of ground floor retail space with customer and staff restaurants, along with a new petrol filling station.

The design has been influenced by the former warehouses within the Quays and nearby Docks as well as the proposed buildings within the area masterplan. The building has been designed to allow maximum natural lighting through the facades as well as the roof, taking advantage of the north-south orientation.
