Development in St Keverne, near Helston including 7 new high quality single storey dwellings for the purpose of providing accommodation for older people. In addition the proposals include the conversion of an existing 2 storey dwelling on site into 2 separate flats. The accommodation is a mix of one and two bedroom units for sale to those over the age of 55, or those with physical disabilities.

The dwellings were designed to suit the specific requirements of people who feel they can no longer care fully for themselves in their own home, yet are not requiring full-time nursing care. Contextual analysis was also undertaken to ensure the design was based on detailed characterisation of the area.
