Stride Treglown has recently completed the new Salisbury Law Court Building taking the design from RIBA stage D with Mansells.
Our team provided detailed analysis and technical information to meet the exacting standards of the Court Service Design Guide. Stride Treglown has steered the project through the required environmental performance assessment procedures with our in-house assessors to achieve the highest BREEAM 'excellent' rating for a law court in 2009.
This was recognised by the BRE in 2010 with an award which acknowledged the building must have excelled in every environmental category within BREEAM (e.g. from Energy to Ecology) and therefore winners represent a holistic approach to delivering environmental sustainability.
We also provided access and inclusion advice and interior design services to deliver specialist proposals for all parts of the new building, but particularly in court hall and courtroom areas.
