Stride Treglown was commissioned, following a successful design and build bid with Dean & Dyball Construction for the £17 million redevelopment of Brixham Fish Market.
A major maritime employment centre will form a key part of the regeneration of the fishing port at Brixham, encompassing improved fish processing and industry support facilities including office accommodation.
It will also encompass a world-class fish market with internet bidding for fish, a fish restaurant and catering school. The original concept scheme was produced by Kensington Taylor Architects and Stride Treglown developed the design from RIBA Stage C.
