Stride Treglown collaborated closely with Gleeson Regeneration to produce scheme drawings and documentation for this HMRI bid.
Our proposals build on the work already carried out with the community, the local council, the Elevate team and consultants to develop a sustainable framework plan for the area.
We are seeking to enhance the strong grain of the existing street pattern to create a range of development block types. Carefully selected clearance allows quality public open space to be integrated into the layout creating a community core which will help transform this flagging neighbourhood.
On the strength of our submission and bid, our team was selected as one of Burnley's partners to work on 2 of the HMRI areas.
