BREEAM is a voluntary scheme that aims to quantify and reduce the environmental burdens of buildings by rewarding those designs that take positive steps to minimise their environmental impacts. BREEAM assesses the performance of buildings in a number of areas.
Stride Treglown has a dedicated team of BREEAM Assessors who undertake a vast array of projects throughout a number of sectors including; industrial, schools, retail, eco-homes and multi-use schemes.
We stand apart from our competitors. Our BREEAM advisors have specific architectural and construction related experience and knowledge which means that our advice is specific and focused. We ensure that the BREEAM process is as uncomplicated as possible, by testing the design for compliance at a variety of stages and design options, which is only possible when you can offer both design and assessment.
