Located within the conservation area of central Cheltenham, this court building, built around 1870, is listed grade II.
It comprises one court room with associated chambers and office accommodation. This Victorian building, faced in ashlar stonework, is located centrally within the predominately Regency buildings of Cheltenham.
Our Building Maintenance experts were commission to provide quinquennial inspections / condition surveys which were followed by remedial and maintenance work contracts and planned maintenance programmes. It was, of course, essential to ensure that the use of the materials was appropriate to the listed building status.
