The Colston Hall is a grade II listed building originating from 1867. Despite several fires over the building's life the front elevation has survived along with various other parts. Major redesign occurred in the 1960's.
Stride Treglown were appointed to carry out a building condition survey of the Colston Hall and all the ancillary spaces prior to major redevelopment in the 2009.
Due to the large size of the building and the complex labyrinth of ancillary spaces the survey and reporting took several weeks to complete.
