Defect Investigation / Expert Reports

Our chartered surveyors are competent in diagnosing all building defects. As part of our service our surveyors will provide clear and concise reports which enable the client to understand the extent of current problem(s) and, where appropriate, we will give guidance regarding likely future concerns. This valuable information enables our clients to plan for repair or prevention.

Having diagnosed the problem(s) we are well placed to prepare fully considered remedial works solutions and information to allow quotations for repair to be sought.

Expert Witness services and reports

Our dedicated Building Surveying team has for many years, provided an Expert Witness service, producing in-depth but un-biased reports that support clients in finding a resolution to disputes at the earliest opportunity. We can provide single or joint expert reports compliant with CPR (Court Procedure) Rules. Each report provides an opinion based on the evidence by establishing the relevant facts and identifies concerns or issues that require further clarification or a decision by the court. To date our reports have enabled the parties to resolve matters out of court which is testament to the quality of the information provided by our team.
