We were instructed by Lyons Davidson to report on behalf of their client, the owners of a house in South Devon to prepare a report to address specific defects relating to a recently constructed conservatory. This followed on from an earlier attempt to remedy by the manufacturer/installer.
We were instructed specifically to comment on whether or not the earlier remedial solution was successful, to prepare a schedule of remaining replacement and/or rectification and completion works and to consider whether or not the manufacturer/installer were competent to complete further works.
