Stride Treglown Management Ltd is providing Project Management and CDM Co-ordinator services to RMBI on their latest scheme for James Terry Court in Croydon. RMBI take the impact that they may cause on the environment seriously and their schemes are not only well designed to enable ease of use for their residents, these developments also have the latest practical green technology integrated into the building fabric.

We have also Project Managed the final stages of construction into defects for their care home in Cramlington, Newcastle as well as taking their Bocking project up to Planning that we hope will be taken forward in the near future. Projects include:

  • Cramlington is a 55 bed new care home on land at rear of existing home. The building has ground source heat pumps (GSHP) with under floor heating, solar panels for hot water and rainwater harvesting to flush toilets.
  • James Terry Court comprises 76 bed care home and 13 extra care flats phased development on existing site in Croydon.
