Stride Treglown Management Ltd has been a partner in the Strategic Alliance Agreement since 2004 providing Client Representative/ Project Management services to HM Prisons Services on numerous high security and sensitive projects under full partnering arrangements using the PPC 2000 form of contract.

We have also been working closely with NOMS to develop their new performance management system, Project Performance Indicators, to increase efficiency in project delivery. Projects include:

  • HMP Cookham Wood - new female wing, £3.3m, 2005
  • HMYOI Prescoed - new district heating scheme for site, £2.3m, 2006
  • HMP Usk - re-roofing high level roofs within the secure perimeter completed within budget and ahead of programme, £3.7m, 2007
  • HMYOI Aylesbury - kitchen refurbishment involving temporary kitchen and complete removal of existing Kitchen equipment, £3.2m, 2007
  • HMP Rochester - gatehouse repairs, £400k, 2007
  • HMP Cookham Wood - window replacement and female wing refurbishment, £910k, 2007
  • HMYOI Aylesbury - demolition of existing segregation unit and construction of new Care and Separation Unit, £4.9m, ongoing
  • HMYOI Aylesbury - new heating system and gas main feasibility study, c£5m, ongoing
  • HMP Woodhill, Milton Keynes - new Regimes Unit training facility within the prison, £4.1m, ongoing
