Barclays House is a landmark building in Poole's town centre, rising to eight storeys in three large conjoined towers, looking very much a modern equivalent of an historic fortification.

Passenger lifts are being upgraded to provide new controllers, finishes and DDA compliancy, while new coolers, pumps and hot water service upgrades will bring the environmental services right up to date.
