The 277-bed student scheme integrates into the Broadmead extension masterplan. The prominent city centre scheme had been designed to reflect the vibrant quarter being developed through the use of bold colours and modern cladding materials.

Liaison with the Local Authority and the main developer led to a successful planning application within 13 weeks.

A successful partnering ethos and utilisation of factory fabricated modular bedrooms allowed a fast track 54 week programme. Working closely with the project team, this scheme is the first building to use UNITE'S medium rise module to 11 storeys.
