This new highly sustainable office development acts as a gateway building on a site to the edge of Yate sloping down to the River Frome.

The architectural language responds to the locality of the site as well as the client's brief to be a landmark development.

Sustainable design principles such as natural ventilation, passive heating and cooling, SUDS drainage, rainwater harvesting, optimal use of recycled materials and aggregates as well as onsite renewables have informed the architectural principles of the design.
