This £1.1m development of 21 new houses for Orbit Housing Association and private sale redevelops a site with a number of existing pre-cast reinforced concrete dwellings in the centre of Doynton Village in a Green Belt Conservation Area.
As a response to its sensitive setting, the new development is grouped around a new village green in a layout that sits comfortable with its surroundings. Materials and design details also respond to the village character.
